What to Expect During Your Appointment
After a consultation, your skin will be thoroughly cleansed.
A sterile blade will then be used to gently exfoliate the top layer of dead skin and remove peach fuzz (vellus hair).
Next, a chemical peel will be applied — tailored to your skin’s needs.
LED light therapy is used to calm the skin and enhance your glow.
The treatment finishes with a soothing hydrating sheet mask to lock in moisture and leave you radiant.
Pre-Treatment Advice
Your comfort, safety, and results are our top priorities. This treatment may not be suitable if any of the following apply.
To get the best results and avoid irritation:
Stop using retinol, Vitamin C, AHA/BHA products 3–5 days before.
Avoid sun exposure, waxing, or intense exfoliation in the week leading up to your appointment.
Avoid other facial treatments for at least 2 weeks before.
Aftercare tips
To maintain your glow and support skin recovery:
Avoid makeup, and touching your face for 24 hours.
Apply SPF 50 daily.
Avoid actives (Retinol, Vitamin C, AHA/BHA) for 3–5 days.
Use a simple, gentle moisturiser.
Do not exfoliate or pick at your skin.
Avoid other facials for at least 1–2 weeks post-treatment.

Her technique was really good and was not painful in the slightest. After the redness had gone down, my skin felt really smooth with a good glow. The facial was also really nice and felt very relaxing. I almost fell asleep. Laura left me to relax for a few minutes afterwards which was bliss as I’ve got a very busy life. I’ve also had a dermaplane treatment and again, Laura did a great job of making me feel at ease. She had good technique and managed to take off a lot of dead skin off my face. Her prices are also really good considering these treatments cost hundreds of pounds more in other clinics. It felt like a luxury experience
